ASPIRE (Asian and Pacific Islanders Reaching for Excellence) elevates the voices of Asian and Pacific Islanders and raises awareness of the diverse cultures they represent. They create a forum to celebrate holidays, debunk stereotypes, enable career development, and support personal growth.

BOND

BOND (Black Organization for Networking & Development) ensures that the experiences of our Black team members are part of the broader Cencora narrative to foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion, while helping them grow through mentorship and opportunities for exposure.

LGBTAllies leads initiatives, hosts programming, and delivers resources that empower team members to support the LGBTQ+ community at Cencora and beyond. They create a welcoming environment where everyone can feel safe to be their authentic self regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity.
