Our employee resource groups (ERGs) celebrate the backgrounds and experiences that our team members have in common and create an environment where everyone can feel welcome. We have thousands of ERG members worldwide who are closely involved in shaping the culture at Cencora through community-affirming activities, enterprise-wide outreach, participation in our DEI Global Council, and much more.

ASPIRE

ASPIRE (Asian and Pacific Islanders Reaching for Excellence) elevates the voices of Asian and Pacific Islanders and raises awareness of the diverse cultures they represent. They create a forum to celebrate holidays, debunk stereotypes, enable career development, and support personal growth.

  • Celebrates culturally significant holidays like Diwali and Lunar New Year

BOND

BOND (Black Organization for Networking & Development) ensures that the experiences of our Black team members are part of the broader Cencora narrative to foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion, while helping them grow through mentorship and opportunities for exposure.

EPN (Emerging Professionals Network) positively influences the professional development and career advancement of Cencora team members across all levels of experience through enablement, education, and skill-building opportunities.

LGBTAllies

LGBTAllies leads initiatives, hosts programming, and delivers resources that empower team members to support the LGBTQ+ community at Cencora and beyond. They create a welcoming environment where everyone can feel safe to be their authentic self regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity.
 
  • Celebrates Pride Month by hosting educational events, entertainment, competitions, and other engaging activities
  • Supports Cencora’s LGBTQ+ inclusion efforts to continue earning a top score of 100 on the Corporate Equality Index
  • Empowers LGBTQ+ allyship through awareness events, authentic storytelling, and community volunteerism
